Hunter Legion is set in a dystopian near-future where energy is the world's only currency — measured in units called ERGs. A monolithic corporation has seized control of global infrastructure, collapsing governments and consolidating power into a single unaccountable authority.

The masses survive on Universal Basic Income, kept docile and dependent. But the arenas remain. Pilots wager their ERGs and risk everything for a shot at freedom — because in this world, the only way out is through the fight.
